We don’t issue bonuses ourselves. Every offer on this site is provided by the casino, and the casino’s own bonus terms always apply.
1. Whose terms apply
When you claim an offer listed on OnlineSlotsRealMoneys, you enter an agreement with the casino, not with us. The casino decides who qualifies, how the bonus is credited and when it can be withdrawn. If anything on our site differs from the casino’s current terms, the casino’s terms take priority.
2. Who can claim
- You must be of legal gambling age: 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Québec.
- Most welcome offers are for new customers only, one per person, household and IP address.
- Offers are not available to residents of Ontario on this site.
- Casinos may exclude some provinces or payment methods.
3. How we list offers
Each listing shows the headline offer and its key conditions: wagering requirement, minimum deposit, time limit and any maximum cashout. We check offers at least [monthly] and when a casino tells us they’ve changed. Each listing shows the date it was last checked.
Offer amounts are shown in Canadian dollars. Where a casino only offers other currencies, we say so.
4. Exclusive offers and codes
Some offers are available only to visitors who arrive from our site or enter a code we publish. To receive one, open the casino using our link and, if a code is shown, enter it during sign-up or deposit as the casino instructs. Codes can’t be added after the deposit is made.
Exclusive offers run until [end date] or until the casino withdraws them, whichever comes first.
5. Common terms explained
- Wagering requirement
- How many times you must bet the bonus (and sometimes the deposit) before withdrawing. A C$100 bonus at 30x means C$3,000 in bets.
- Game weighting
- How much each game counts toward wagering. Slots are usually 100%; table games often count less or not at all.
- Maximum bet
- The largest stake allowed while a bonus is active. Going over it can cancel your bonus and winnings.
- Time limit
- How long you have to use the bonus and meet the wagering, from a few days up to 30.
- Maximum cashout
- A cap on what you can withdraw from bonus winnings.
- Free spins
- Spins on selected slots at a fixed stake. Winnings are often credited as bonus money with their own wagering.
- High roller bonus
- A larger bonus for a bigger first deposit, often with a shorter time limit.
- No-deposit bonus
- A small bonus credited without a deposit. Usually comes with higher wagering and a low cashout cap.
- Excluded payment methods
- Some deposits, often certain e-wallets, don’t qualify for a bonus.
You can usually decline a bonus. Without one, there are no wagering conditions on your balance.
6. If something goes wrong
If a bonus isn’t credited or a casino refuses a withdrawal, contact the casino’s support first and keep screenshots of the offer and your deposit. If that doesn’t resolve it, you can escalate to the regulator named in the casino’s licence.
Let us know too, using our contact form. We can’t act on your behalf, but we review every report and update or remove listings when a casino doesn’t honour its offers.
Bonuses should never be a reason to deposit more than you planned. See Responsible Gambling for tools that help you stay in control.
